The Denmark Softball Committee has selected USA Athletes International as the sponsoring organization to represent the United States in the 2025 Softball Invitational Tournament Tour in Copenhagen, Denmark. The tournament is slated to take place at the Amager Vikings Softball Club in Copenhagen from August 3 – 12, 2025.
Taylor Olsen has been selected to coach the US team. Coach Taylor Olsen formerly from Montana State University –
Billings has agreed to coach the team. With more than 16 years in the game and her extensive experience on the
international level Coach Olsen is a perfect fit. She is searching for athletes to represent the US as both player and ambassador.

What’s Included in the Cost of My Trip?
- Round trip airfare from the team’s gateway city airport (JFK)

What’s NOT Included in The Cost of My Trip?
- Connecting airline ticket to gateway city (JFK)
- Fuel Surcharges instituted by the airlines
- Passport fees
- Visa fees (if applicable)
- Individual medical insurance (Primary)
- Customary tipping (Bus drivers, etc.)
- Laundry
- Travel insurance (Recommended)
- Personal items such as gifts, telephone calls, snacks, drinks, etc.
Team members are responsible for raising or paying $5,225 to cover their share of the team’s expenses as set forth by the NCAA, NAIA, & NJCAA with respect to the Foreign Tours guidelines.
USAAI has PROVEN fundraising programs in place to help you achieve your goal.
Can Family and friends share in the experience?
Yes! We want family, friends and significant others to be part of the experience.
Friends and Family are always welcome to join in the experience. They receive the same inclusions as the athlete (with the exception of uniforms and playing time of course).
Transportation, meals, all tours and activities, plus their own parent/supporter travel gear. By traveling with the group, you won’t have to worry about where to stay, how to get around or the best places to see. You’ll have the option of rooming with the athlete you are traveling with or if you wish, to upgrade to private accommodations for yourself (private accommodations will incur $500 supplement).
Family and friends will receive an email with information outlining the tour costs and options.
