This registration constitutes a binding contract. Please be sure to read and understand our terms and conditions, including the cancellation policy. There is a very strict policy on canceling from the tour, you could incur penalty fees depending on when you cancel. We recommend purchasing individual travel insurance. USAAI does NOT sell insurance but recommends Allianz Travel Insurance as an option: Allianz Travel Insurance
Player/Supporter Consent*
To accept your Invitation to participate in the USAAI tour, Player/Supporter must enter today's date and Player/Supporter name below and select "I accept" to acknowledge Player/Supporter consent to the terms of this Contract. If Player/Supporter is under eighteen (18) years old, Player/Supporter legal guardian must enter the legal guardian's name below and select "I accept" on behalf of Player/Supporter. If either Player/Supporter or Player/Supporter Legal Guardian selects "I accept" without reading this Contract, Player/Supporter and/or Player/Supporter Legal Guardian are still agreeing to be bound by all of the Contract terms, without limitation. Please print a copy of this Contract for your records.
